Buddylio help

Questions, answered plainly

The app, printable guides, Story Club, and support all work a little differently. Here's what to expect.

What's Buddylio?

Buddylio helps you care for your dog day to day. There's an app for quick check-ins and notes for the vet, printable guides for specific moments, free checklists, and a twice-weekly Story Club. It doesn't give medical advice or replace your veterinarian.

What's the difference between the app and the guides?

The app lives on your phone and keeps daily check-ins, medication, routines, and vet notes together. The guides are printable PDFs built around one need, such as an older dog or the first month with a rescue dog. You can use either one on its own.

How are paid downloads delivered?

After Stripe confirms your payment, the confirmation page opens a protected download. Single-plan products arrive as one PDF. The Puppy and Behavior bundles arrive as a ZIP containing six printable PDFs.

How long do I have access?

The download is yours to keep once you save it. Store the PDF or ZIP on your phone, tablet, or computer rather than relying on the checkout page as permanent storage.

Which devices are supported?

The Buddylio app is available on iPhone and Android. Most paid PDFs and printable checklists are formatted for US Letter paper. The free Rescue Dog First 7 Days guide is A4; choose Fit or Fit to page when printing it on US Letter paper. A ZIP bundle opens in the built-in Files app on most phones and computers.

What if a guide isn't right for me?

Email support@buddylio.com with the email used at checkout. Read the current details on our refund page.

How often does Story Club arrive?

Story Club sends two short dog stories a week. Your first story arrives after you join.

How do I unsubscribe?

Use the unsubscribe link included in the email. You can leave at any time, and Buddylio doesn't sell your email address.

How do I reach support?

Email support@buddylio.com. Include the email used for your order if the question is about a purchase.

Is any of this veterinary advice?

No. Buddylio helps you notice and organize what you see. It doesn't diagnose or treat a medical condition. If your dog seems unwell, call your veterinarian or an emergency clinic.
