Our printable guides are delivered as instant digital downloads. If something is wrong with your file or order, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
How we handle a problem
We review each request individually. Depending on the issue, we may restore access, replace a faulty file, correct a duplicate order, or issue a refund when appropriate. We do not offer an additional blanket money-back guarantee beyond the consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Email support@buddylio.com from the address used at checkout. Include the guide name, order date, and a short description of the problem. Requests involving a missing or faulty file, a duplicate charge, or a product that does not match its description will be handled under the consumer law that applies to the purchase.
App subscriptions
The Buddylio app is free to use. There are no app subscriptions or in-app purchases, so there is nothing to refund for the app itself.

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
