Will Buddylio tell me what's wrong with my dog?
Buddylio is a wellness tracking app, not a medical device. It helps you observe patterns over time, but it doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you're concerned about your dog's health, contact your veterinarian.
Where is my information stored?
All of your information is stored locally on your device. Reelygood S.R.L. doesn't receive, store, or have access to your dog's name, photos, check-ins, or notes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What does the care score represent?
The care score reflects the six areas you log each day: appetite, mobility, pain, energy, mood, and sleep. A higher score usually means the day looked better overall. A lower score means one or more areas may need attention. The score helps you observe trends. It does not make a medical assessment.
When should I contact a veterinarian?
Contact your veterinarian if your dog's appetite drops for several days, if movement changes noticeably, if signs of pain appear, if breathing becomes irregular, or if anything else seems clearly off. If it feels urgent, call your veterinarian or an emergency animal clinic right away.
Why did the app display a care alert?
Buddylio looks for changes over several days instead of reacting to one entry. A single low day usually means you should keep watching. If low days repeat, it may be time to call your vet.
Can I track medications?
Yes. The app lets you log medications, doses, and reminders. This can help if your dog has ongoing care needs or multiple medications.
What does the Veterinary Summary contain?
The Veterinary Summary is a one-page PDF of recent activity, including patterns from the last 30 days, score trends, current medications, walks, and notes you've entered. It gives your veterinarian a clearer overview of what you've seen at home.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings, then Help & Legal, then select Delete Data. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, all check-ins, photos, walks, medications, and notes will be permanently removed from your device. This can't be undone.
What happens when I get a new device?
If your previous device was backed up to Apple iCloud or Google services, your Buddylio data will be included in that backup and restored when you set up the new device. If no backup was active, the data can't be recovered. We recommend enabling device backups to preserve your records.
