We'll email a secure questionnaire link and photo instructions to the address used at checkout. Open the link when your answers and photos are ready.
How many photos can I send?
You can send up to 10 photos: one for the cover and up to nine for the inside pages.
When will I receive my book?
We'll email a proof within three business days after we receive your answers and photos. After your review and any included correction, we'll send the final PDF.
Can I make changes?
One revision for factual or wording changes is included. A full rewrite or a new set of photos is not included.
Does buying the book sign me up for the Story Club?
No. The book and Story Club are separate. We'll only email you about your order unless you choose to join Story Club.
Can I make a book about a dog from the past?
Yes. Many people make one to remember a dog they loved. We keep it warm and focused on the happy times, and we can add a quiet remembrance page if you'd like.
Can I print the book?
Yes. You'll receive a PDF that you can read on any device or print at home or at a local print shop.
Will I see the book before it is final?
Yes. We'll email a proof first. One revision for factual or wording changes is included before we send the final PDF.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes. You can answer the questions about someone else's dog, or we can send the questionnaire to the person receiving the gift.
What if my photos are blurry or old?
Send your favorites anyway. If a photo won't print clearly, we'll let you know and help you choose another one.
Can the book include more than one dog?
Each book focuses on one dog so the story feels personal. Contact us if you would like to include a second dog.
