Eight adopted poodle crosses returned to West Norfolk RSPCA’s Eau Brink centre near King’s Lynn on October 10. Their Poodle Party reunited them with rescuers and their new families, BBC reporting carried by AOL says.
The dogs came from a property where 250 animals were found in January. The RSPCA took in 87, with others going to Dogs Trust. The BBC did not identify the original property.
Back with their new families
Rufus attended with adopters Karen and Glen Bix of Aylsham. Karen told the BBC he was settling in well. All eight dogs have homes; the party was a reunion, not an adoption appeal.
How adoption at Eau Brink works
West Norfolk RSPCA describes Eau Brink as an independently run branch centre on the outskirts of King’s Lynn. Its current instructions direct prospective adopters to apply online and arrange an appointment before viewing dogs.
The centre’s adoption guide explains that matching depends on the individual animal’s needs and the household, rather than breed alone. Staff consider the home environment, other pets and the time a family can provide. An application may involve further conversations or several visits.
Readers interested in adopting can use the centre’s current dog listings and application process, linked below. Those listings are separate from the eight dogs celebrated at Saturday’s reunion.

How we reported this: The reunion account is based on BBC reporting from King’s Lynn. The centre’s own website was checked separately for its adoption process; it does not independently document the party.
